All various iPods / iPhone / iPad call themselves "iPod" as follows.
Caution on connection
- CCA-750 is required for playback of video contents.
- It is no problem for using except the following notes when it displays "This accessory is not the most adapted ", or "Please confirm the iPod".
- PICTURE function is not available for all models.
- It may deviate when using iPod cover.
- Video resume function may not be possible depending on iPod version under following action.
- Please reconnect your iPod to improve the situation when the display of navigation/audio unit is frozen.
- Restart vehicle, reconnect /connect cable, switch back from other source or music mode, and any interruption.
- It may be unable to read iPod when your iPod is displaying Apple ID request POP screen. Please reconnect after login or cancel the request.
- Apple products that have Lightning connector(e.g. iPhone5) is not able to play video because of having no video output.

Other Cautions
About Display
- All the playlists and smart playlists will be displayed on root together even if they are in deeper folders.
- It will display "*" in audio production or garble character in navigation productions if the character is not available to be displayed.
- It does not support iPod Shuffle. (iPod control function)
About playing music and video
- It can play AudioBook files, but can not adjust the reading speed.
- Depending iPod OS version, it may not be able to display the video nor play resume if your iPod power was turned off while playing video.
- Video resume function may not be possible depending on iPod version under following action.
- It will not go on playing from the point when stopped, if you turn ACC off when playing video.
Caution of connecting both of Bluetooth and cable
- It would stop playing your iPod in Bluetooth reconnection. Please reconnect the cable or operate your navigation audio to restart.
- And switch audio output from Bluetooth device to Dock connector from your iPod if necessary.
- There would be no incoming ringtone when incoming a call, or it may become handset call after you take it.
- Or turn your Bluetooth off if you don’t connect as a Bluetooth device.
How to handle when unstable
The interoperability with iPod is depending on iPod OS. Please understand that it would become unstable for iPod setting, or iPod OS version or connecting when iPod is taking too much load like playing a heavy game.
Please try the following ways if it becomes unstable.
- Please confirm if the file can be played normally on iPod without connection.
- Make iPod playing (or pause state) the file without connection. Please confirm if it goes on playing normally on iPod after connected.
- If it is still unstable, please reset the iPod a few times before connecting them. Or you may need Turn ACC off and ON.
