CZ500E Mobile Phone Compatibility
This page supplies information about confirmed connectivity of CZ500E with various brands of mobile telephones.
- The list of phones is not exhaustive and represents only the tested sample. If a phone is not listed, this does not necessarily mean that it will not work.
- The results were obtained through testing under certain conditions at the factory. Actual results may be different when the products are used under different conditions and in different environments.
- The list only reports the results of testing, but does not guarantee connectivity.
- For information on operating the mobile phone, please refer to its documentation.
Notice about Phonebook transfer
- It may be not available display normally when a letter except the alphanumeric character is included in a telephone book.
- Depending on the phone number itself; transfer to the phone book may fail.
- The number and name may be not available to transfer normally if the beginning is especially "00" phone numbers. It will be transferred with the beginning of "+" instead of "00".
- It may be not available to transfer the category of the phone number, depending on the setting of category.
- Only one registered number per contact may be displayed in a random order or some contacts are missing.
- Fast-forward and Fast-reverse function do not work.

*1 It will ring the ringtone preset in navi/audio unit, instead of the mobile phone ringtone.
*2 It is not available to register from navi. Please register from mobile phone.
*3 It is not available to transfer whole phonebook by once.
*4 It is not available to transfer a single entry.
*5 It is necessary to operate the mobile phone after A2DP is connected.
*6 It may not be available to connect from navi. Please connect from mobile phone.
*7 It may not be available to register correctly from navi.
*8 It may not be available to register correctly from phone.
*9 The phone may not be available to keep the call if Bluetooth rink is disconnected when outgoing/incoming/answering a call on navi.
*10 The profile may be connected automatically even if it is disconnected by phone.
*11 HFP/A2DP may not be reconnected automatically depending on conditions of mobile phone or audio unit. Please reconnect by manual.

*16 Bluetooth rink may not be connected if the phone is locked.

*19 The music may stay pause state after reconnection or an interruption call.
*20 Temporary Stop, Stop, Track up, FF, Track down and FB may not be available.
*21 Sound skip may occur sometimes. It is possible to improve by reconnecting.
*22 It may not be available to reconnect A2DP depending on conditions of mobile phone or audio unit.
*23 The control button of navi may not be available.
*24 DUN data transferring may not be available the mobile phone is on the other screen except waiting screen.
*25 The sound may not come out when Bluetooth is reconnected automatically. Please reconnect the profile again by hand.
*26 Outgoing call may not be available depending on conditions of mobile phone.
*27 It may not be available to connect each other by mobile phone.
*28 It may not be available to connect DUN profile. It may start to connect DUN when you playback tracks by A2DP.
*29 It may not be available to connect DUN, for it is unstable.
*30 A2DP may be disconnected when you touch the "STOP" key.
*31 It may not be available to display incoming/outgoing/taking a call screen or output ringtone if the profile connected automatically when incoming/outgoing/taking a call.
*32 It may not be available to connect HFP automatically when phonebook transfer is finished or canceled. Please reconnect by hand.
*33 It may not be available to outgoing a call from dialed call history, received call history or missed call history.
*34 It may not be available to outgoing a call from phonebooks.
*35 Dialed call history, received call history and missed call history are mixed together. They cannot be transferred separately.
*36 There is no information left in missed call history.
*37 It may not be available to transfer/download phonebook depending on conditions of mobile phone or audio unit.
*38 It may not be available to download call history depending on conditions of mobile phone or audio unit.
*39 The characters may be garbled depending on the character code type.
*40 Navigation may keep displaying connected icon if you disconnected from AG.
*41 Navigation may not go on to play music after an interruption call. And it may not display the timer, either.
*42 It may fail in connecting sometimes, please try again.
*43 Bluetooth connection may be unstable and interfere with the use.
*44 Noise or sound skip may occur on both when calling.
*45 Bass may sound weakly.
*46 It may freeze sometimes, please restart the car to make it work normally.
*47 It may not be available to display category or transfer the number depending on category setting of number.
*48 It may connect automatically without inputting PIN code.
*49 It may start to play music on mobile phone automatically when connected.
*50 It is not available to operate on Navigation/Audio unit.
*51 Received call history is not supported.
*52 Dialed call history is not supported.
*53 Mobile phone may keep displaying connected icon if you disconnected from mobile phone.
*54 It may be unable to hear the voice sometimes when take an incoming call while playing music. Please restart the car to make it work normally.
*55 Some of phonebook data may be lost or the transferred phonebook order may be different. Only one number can be transferred, the other numbers will be lost.
