Gardena, CA – (January 5, 2006) – Clarion Corporation of America, a leading manufacturer of mobile entertainment systems, introduces an all-new family of amplifiers in 2006. The family of amplifiers feature similar cosmetics from entry level to high end and technologically enhanced features.
Clarion’s new full-line of amplifiers include three mono amplifiers, three two-channel and two four-channel amplifiers. This much selection makes it easy to design a system at any price point. Similar heatsinks allow various Clarion amps to be installed in the same system resulting in an integrated system.
“Our new amps have cutting edge styling and are feature rich,” states Ralph Dominguez, Clarion’s Senior Product Planning Manager. “Our all-new designs offer more power, have new LED indicators and built-in bridging capability, along with many other innovative features.”
Clarion’s DPX amplifier line includes strappable amps, DPX11500 and DPX1800 for up to 1500 watts. Auto impedance matching, means no switches or settings are required,
it is automatically detected. Full range performance with low current draw, the DPX2250 is ideal for vehicles with limited electrical systems compacts and subcompacts.
The APX amplifier products offers, 60 or 90 watts of power by 2 channels, 60 or 90 watts by 4 channels and 300 watts by 1 channel.
Clarion’s amplifiers have awesome efficiency for multiple power levels. All Amplifiers will be available in February 2006.
