Dear Clarion N.I.C.E. P200 Customer:
Clarion has recently learned of several reports that the battery used in the N.I.C.E. P200 product has overheated and damaged the unit. No injuries have been reported to date. Due to this concern, Clarion is implementing a safety recall to obtain all N.I.C.E. P200 products.
All N.I.C.E. P200 serial numbers are affected by this recall, even if you have previously received replacement batteries for your N.I.C.E. P200.
Please discontinue use of the P200 and do not connect to the AC or DC Charger. Please contact Clarion at 800.668.5612 or email cciservice@clarion.com for instructions on how to return your N.I.C.E P200.
