Clarion Enhances it’s Mobile Entertainment Products for 2006 With Full Support for iPod Video Playback


Clarion Australia are proud to announce enhancements to the full-featured control and functionality of the iPod interface for our newest VRX766VD and MAX667VD multimedia units.

Clarion’s all-new VRX766VD single DIN 7 inch motorized flip-out touch-screen, is an improved version of its already awesome full-featured predecessor, the VRX756VD. The newest offerings of the VRX766VD multimedia unit are the video playback from the iPod, and touch-screen control of the DVD menu options. It’s all-new appearance lends to its user friendliness. The VRX766VD will launch in April 2006 with an R.R.P. of $2,199.

Clarion’s MAX667VD double DIN Multimedia System with fully motorized 7 inch color widescreen LCD is an all-new product offering in 2006. Its touch-screen control offers a unique on-screen control pad with full iPod control of music functions and includes the video playback feature. The MAX667VD is scheduled for a mid- 2006 consumer launch.
